Why People Cant Make Their Mind Up?_

I wonder why people cant make their mind up on a things they need and they want.? Now thats really really interesting coz for me if i know i want something than i want it and when i find it bingo i get it , but most of the people i met recently being fuss about anything...Cant get no sense
